Defect
On mobile bathing vehicles, the fuel tank top surface was perforated during installation of the bathing equipment on some units. This may allow fuel to leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the fuel tank. Where a hole is found, replace the fuel tank with a new unit.
