Defect
On compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, the fuel filling method used at the assembly plant is incompatible with the material of the fuel tank safety valve, causing cracks to develop inside the valve. If the condition continues, the cracks may propagate and result in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel tank safety valve with a new one.

状況
圧縮天然ガス自動車（ＣＮＧ車）において、 ①燃料タンク安全弁の材質に対して、組立て工場の燃料充填方法が不適切なため、安全弁内部に亀裂が生じる場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、 ①燃料タンク安全弁を新品と交換する。
