Defect
On tank trucks, the clearance between the set plate mounting bolts that secure the tank to the frame and the rear tires is insufficient. When the vehicle rides over a bump or step, the bolt may contact the sidewall of the rear tire and cause tire damage.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, change the mounting method of the affected bolts to secure adequate clearance. Additionally, inspect the rear tires and replace any tire showing contact damage with a new one.

状況
タンク車において、タンクをフレームに固定するセットプレートの取付けボルトと後輪タイヤの隙間寸法が不適切なため、段差乗り上げ時などに当該ボルトが後輪タイヤのサイドウォールに接触し、タイヤを損傷させるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ボルトの取付け方法を変更し、隙間を確保する。また、後輪タイヤを点検し接触による損傷があるものは新品に交換する。
