Issue
On van-type vehicles, the mounting structure for the rear upper flip-up door is improperly designed. The plastic hinge along the top edge of the door degrades due to atmospheric ozone, ultraviolet radiation, and similar environmental factors, and may fracture. If the hinge fractures while the door is open, the door may detach and fall, potentially injuring workers.
Corrective action
Install safety straps on both the left and right sides of the flip-up door on all affected vehicles. In addition, inspect the hinges and replace any that show visible cracks with new parts.

状況
バン型車両において、車両後部に取付けられた上部はね上げドアの取付部構造が不適切なため、ドア上縁の樹脂製ヒンジが大気のオゾン、紫外線等により劣化し破断すると、ドア開放時にドアが外れ落下して、作業者に危害を加えるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、はね上げドアに安全ベルトを左右に取付ける。又、当該ヒンジを点検し、明らかに亀裂が生じているヒンジは新品に交換する。
