Defect
On vehicles equipped with refrigeration units, the mounting bracket for the refrigeration drive belt idler pulley has insufficient strength. Belt reaction forces can fracture the bracket. In the worst case, the pulley and bracket may detach and fall onto the roadway, creating a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the idler pulley mounting bracket with the corrected part.

状況
冷凍機架装を行う車両の原動機において、冷凍機駆動ベルト用のアイドルプーリ取付金具の強度が不十分なため、ベルトからの反力により当該金具が破損するものがある。そのため、最悪の場合、プーリ及び取付金具が脱落し、他の交通を妨げるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、アイドルプーリ取付金具を対策品と交換する。
