Defect
On vehicles with refrigerated/freezer bodies, the tension pulley bracket for the refrigeration unit drive belt has insufficient strength and may fracture. Continued use can then cause the additional bracket retaining the pulley to fracture as well. In the worst case, the pulley may detach from the vehicle and become a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
Replace the tension pulley bracket on all vehicles with a corrected part. Also replace the air conditioner compressor mounting bracket, which shares the tension pulley and its retaining bracket, with a new part.

状況
冷蔵冷凍車に架装する車両に搭載される原動機において、冷凍機駆動ベルトのテンションプーリブラケットの強度が不足しているため、当該ブラケットが破損するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該プーリを固定している他のブラケットが破損し、最悪の場合、プーリが脱落し、他の交通を妨げるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、テンションプーリブラケットを対策品に交換するとともに、テンションプーリ及びプーリ固定ブラケットが共用されているエアコンディショナコンプレッサ取付ブラケットを新品と交換する。
