Defect
In low-floor four-wheel-drive vehicles, the exhaust pipe has insufficient strength. Engine vibration may cause cracks to develop in the exhaust pipe. If use continues, exhaust gas leaks and, in the worst case, emissions may exceed regulatory limits.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the exhaust pipe and mounting bracket with corrected parts. Because full supply of corrected parts requires additional time, as an interim measure, inspect the exhaust pipe and, if cracks are found, replace it with an interim corrected part. A permanent corrected part will be installed at a later date.

状況
低床四輪駆動車において、排気管の強度が不足しているため、エンジンの振動により排気管に亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、排気ガスが洩れ、最悪の場合、排気ガスの規制値を超えるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、排気管および取付金具を対策品に交換する。なお、対策品の全数供給に時間を要するため、部品が供給できるまでの暫定措置として、排気管の点検を実施し、亀裂が発生している場合には当該排気管を暫定対策品に交換し、後日恒久対策品に交換する。
