Defect
On the automatic transmission select cable, the plastic bush at the junction with the select lever may break. When this occurs, the select cable detaches from the select lever, and operating the select lever no longer causes the automatic transmission to shift gears.
Corrective action
As an interim measure, replace the bush with a new part on all vehicles.

状況
自動変速機のセレクトケーブルにおいて、セレクトレバーとの結合部の樹脂ブッシュが破損するものがある。そのため、セレクトケーブルがセレクトレバーとの結合部から外れ、セレクトレバーを操作しても、自動変速機が変速しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当面の暫定措置として、当該ブッシュを新品と交換する。
