Defect
Improper painting of the chassis mating surface for the rear axle has resulted in excessive paint film thickness on some vehicles. Road vibration and similar inputs may cause the rear axle mounting bolts to loosen. Continued use may lead to fracture of the bolts and, in the worst case, detachment of the rear axle from the chassis, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, remove the paint from the mating surface and replace the mounting bolts with new parts.

状況
リヤアクスルを取付ける車台側締結面の塗装が不適切なため、塗装膜厚が厚いものがあり 、路面からの振動等によりリヤアクスル取付ボルトが緩むことがある。このため、そのま まの状態で使用を続けると、当該ボルトが折損し、最悪の場合、リヤアクスルが車台から 外れて走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、締結面の塗装を除去し、当該取付ボルトを新品と交換する。
