Defect
On the rear axle, the spring seat welded to the axle shaft is improperly machined, which may allow the U-bolts securing the rear axle to the leaf springs to loosen. Continued use in this condition may cause the leaf spring center bolt to fracture, compromising driving stability.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the rear axle with a conforming unit and replace the complete U-bolt set with new parts. Additionally, inspect the U-bolt clamping nuts for looseness; if all four are found loose, replace the leaf spring center bolt with a new unit.

状況
後輪車軸において、当該車軸に溶接されているスプリングシートの加工が不適切なため、後輪車軸とリーフスプリングを固定しているUボルトが緩む場合がある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、リーフスプリングのセンターボルトが折損し、走行安定性を損なうおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、後輪車軸を良品と交換するとともに、Uボルト一式を新品に交換する。 尚、Uボルトの締付けナットの緩みを確認し、4箇所とも緩んでいた場合は、リーフスプリングのセンターボルトを新品に交換する。
