Defect
The routing of the front wheel brake hose is improper. When the vehicle body pitches downward during front brake application, the front tire may contact and interfere with the brake hose. Continued use can damage the hose and, in the worst case, cause brake fluid to leak, reducing braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the upper and lower retaining brackets for the front wheel brake hose with corrected parts. Inspect the front wheel brake hose and replace it with a new part if any damage is found.

状況
前輪用ブレーキホースの配管方法が不適切なため、前輪のブレーキを使用する等で車体が沈込むと、前輪タイヤとブレーキホースが干渉するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ブレーキホースが損傷し、最悪の場合、ブレーキ液が漏れて制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、前輪用ブレーキホースの上側保持金具と下側保持金具を対策品と交換するとともに、前輪用ブレーキホースを点検し、損傷があるものは新品と交換する。
