Defect
In the drivetrain, incorrect fastening nuts were installed on the right front drive shaft, front propeller shaft, and rear propeller shaft, causing the nut threads to deform during tightening. Continued use allows the nuts to loosen. In the worst case, the drivetrain components may separate, leaving the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the nuts are replaced with the correct specification parts and the washers are replaced with new units.

状況
動力伝達装置において、右フロントドライブシャフト、フロントプロペラシャフト、およびリヤプロペラシャフトに使用されている締結ナットに異品が使用されたため、締結時にナットのネジ部が変形しているものがある。 そのため、そのまま使用を続けると当該ナットが緩み、最悪の場合、動力伝達装置が外れ、走行不能に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ナットを正規品と交換し、併せてワッシャーを新品と交換する。
