Defect
The maximum steering angle on these passenger buses is incorrect. When studless tires are fitted and the steering wheel is turned to full lock while crossing a road irregularity, the tire may contact the drag link. Continued use in this condition causes rust to develop at the contact point. In the worst case, the drag link may fracture, resulting in loss of steering control.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, affix a caution label adjacent to the driver's seat. If contact marks are present on the drag link, replace it with a new part and adjust the steering angle stopper.

状況
乗合バスのタイヤの切角が不適切なため、スタッドレスタイヤを装着し、ハンドルを最大限度まで切った状態で段差を通過した場合、タイヤがドラッグリンクと接触することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、接触部分に錆が発生し、最悪の場合、当該リンクが折損して、操舵ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、コーションラベルを運転席横に貼付する。なお、ドラッグリンクに干渉痕がある場合は、新品と交換するとともに、切角ストッパを調整する。
