Defect
The air cleaner case is improperly secured, allowing vibration during driving to cause interference between the brake pipes and the air cleaner case retaining clip. Continued use may damage the brake pipes, and in the worst case, brake fluid may leak, reducing braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, secure the air cleaner stay with bolts. Where the brake pipes show damage, replace them with new parts.

状況
エアクリーナーケースの固定方法が不適切なため、走行時の振動等によりブレーキパイプとエアクリーナーケースの留め金が干渉するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ブレーキパイプが損傷し、最悪の場合、ブレーキ液が漏れ、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エアクリーナーステーをボルトで固定するとともに、ブレーキパイプに損傷がある場合は、当該パイプを新品に交換する。
