Defect
On large low-floor route buses equipped with a glide-slide front door, the guide roller bracket used for door operation has an improperly welded joint between the support post and the fixed bracket, resulting in insufficient strength. Continued use may cause the weld to detach. In the worst case, the door may become unable to open or close.
Corrective action
Replace the guide roller bracket on all vehicles with a corrected part.

状況
大型路線ノンステップバスのグライドスライド式前扉の開閉用のガイドローラブラケットにおいて、支柱と固定ブラケットの溶接方法が不適切なため、強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ブラケットの溶接が剥がれ、最悪の場合、扉の開閉が出来なくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ガイドローラブラケットを対策品に交換する。
