Defect
The catalyst inside the exhaust pipe is improperly secured. Exhaust gas pressure and vibration may cause the catalyst to shift within the exhaust pipe, where it contacts the pipe's inner wall and generates abnormal noise. In the worst case, the catalyst may sustain damage.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the exhaust pipe with a corrected part.

状況
排気管内の触媒の固定方法が不適切なため、排出ガス圧力と振動により、当該触媒が排気管内で移動するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、排気管内壁と干渉して異音が発生し、最悪の場合、当該触媒が損傷するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、排気管を対策品と交換する。
