Defect
The weld joining the clutch shaft to the operating lever was improperly made, resulting in insufficient strength. Repeated clutch operation may cause the weld to separate, allowing the shaft to spin freely. In the worst case, clutch operation is lost and the vehicle becomes inoperable.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles; replace the clutch shaft with a conforming unit on any vehicle where the weld is found to be insufficient.

状況
クラッチシャフトと操作レバーの溶接が不適切なため、強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、クラッチ操作の繰り返しにより当該溶接部が剥がれて空転し、最悪の場合、クラッチ操作ができず、走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、溶接が不十分なものはクラッチシャフトを良品と交換する。
