Defect
On trucks converted to maintenance service vehicles, the layout of the body equipment and fittings is improper, causing the vehicles to fail to meet the maximum stability tilt angle requirements under the Road Vehicles Safety Standards.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the mounting positions of body-mounted equipment are revised, shelving is removed, ballast weight is added, and spacers are added at the rear spring and rear bump stopper sections to lower the vehicle center of gravity.

状況
トラックを工作車に改造した車両において、工作車の構造設備の配置が不適切なため、最大安定傾斜角度に係る道路運送車両の保安基準を満足していない。
改善措置
全車両、車体装備品の取付位置を変更、棚の撤去、ウエイトの追加、リヤスプリング部及びリヤバンプストッパ部にスペーサの追加を実施し、車両重心高を下げる。
