Defect
The brake air lines are routed improperly, causing interference with the driver's side step mounting bracket on some vehicles. Vibration during operation damages the air lines and, in the worst case, air may leak, causing the horn to fail to sound, brake force to decrease, or the parking brake to apply unexpectedly.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the air line retaining bracket is replaced with a corrected part and the line routing is revised. A corrugated tube is added to the parking brake air line and a protective cover is added to the front grille mounting bracket as part of the rerouting. Any air lines found to be damaged during inspection are repaired.

状況
ブレーキエア配管の取り回しが不適切なため、当該配管が、運転席側乗降ステップ取付け金具と干渉するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用すると、走行中の振動等により、当該配管が損傷し、最悪の場合、エアが漏れ、警音器が不鳴りとなる、又は、制動力が低下する、あるいは、駐車ブレーキが予期せず作動するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該エア配管の固定用金具を対策品と交換し、配管の取り回しを変更する。また、取り回しの変更に伴い、駐車ブレーキ用エア配管にコルゲートチューブ、及びフロントグリル取付け金具にプロテクタを追加装着する。 なお、当該エア配管を点検し、損傷がある場合には、補修する。
