Defect
The engine control wiring harness is incorrectly routed, allowing it to contact the cooling fan. Continued operation allows vehicle vibration to damage the wiring, illuminating the engine warning lamp and causing the engine to lose power or run unstably. In the worst case, the engine may stall and cannot be restarted.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the wiring harness mounting bracket with the corrected part and reroute the wiring. If the wiring is found to be damaged, repair it.

状況
②エンジン制御用電気配線の取り回しが不適切なため、クーリングファンと干渉するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、車両走行時の振動等により電気配線が損傷し、エンジン制御ランプが点灯して回転が上がらなくなる、又は、回転が不安定となり、最悪の場合、原動機が停止(再始動不可)するおそれがある。
改善措置
②全車両、電気配線の固定金具を対策品と交換すると供に、取り回しを変更する。 なお、電気配線が損傷している場合には、補修する。
