Defect
The adjuster lever mounting structure in the rear wheel brake drum is improperly designed. When the parking brake alone is used repeatedly to stop the vehicle, the adjuster lever and adjuster spring may fall into the drum. Once dislodged, these components may produce an abnormal noise while the vehicle is in motion.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the No. 1 brake link in the rear wheel brake drum with a corrected part and add a retainer.

状況
②制動装置の後輪ドラムブレーキにおいて、ライニングの磨耗に応じてドラムとシューのクリアランスを自動調整するアジャスターレバーの取付け構造が不適切なため、駐車ブレーキのみを使用して車両を停止する操作を繰り返し行うとアジャスターレバー及びアジャスタースプリングがドラム内に脱落し、走行中に異音が発生するおそれがある。
改善措置
②全車両、後輪ドラムブレーキのＮｏ．１ブレーキリンクを対策品と交換し、リテーナーを追加する。
