Defect
The heat protector mounting bracket attached to the vehicle frame is incorrectly shaped, resulting in insufficient strength. Vibration during driving can fracture the bracket, allowing the heat protector to contact the brake pipes. Continued use after contact damages the brake pipes, causing brake fluid to leak and reducing braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the mounting bracket with a corrected part. Additionally, inspect the brake pipes and replace any damaged pipes with new ones.

状況
車枠に取付けられているヒートプロテクタ取付金具の形状が不適切なため、強度が不足 しており、走行中の振動等により金具が折損して、ヒートプロテクタがブレーキパイプと 接触することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けるとブレーキパイプが損傷し、ブレ ーキ液が漏れて制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該取付金具を対策品に交換する。なお、ブレーキパイプを点検し、損傷のある ものは新品に交換する。
