Defect
The bracket used to mount the traction motor (electric motor) to the vehicle body has an improper shape. Vibration during driving may cause cracks to develop in the bracket or fracture the bracket mounting bolts. In the worst case, the bracket fails completely, the traction motor is thrown upward, and the power supply relay mounted above it is damaged, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
1. On all vehicles, replace the traction motor mounting bracket with a corrected part. 2. On all vehicles, replace the traction motor mounting bolts with new units.

状況
原動機において、走行ﾓｰﾀ（電動機）を車体に取り付けるﾌﾞﾗｹｯﾄの形状が不適切なため、 走行時の振動により当該ﾌﾞﾗｹｯﾄに亀裂が生じ、又はそのﾌﾞﾗｹｯﾄ取り付けﾎﾞﾙﾄが折損するこ とがあり、最悪の場合、破損して走行ﾓｰﾀが跳ね上がり、その上部に取り付けられている 電源供給用のﾘﾚｰを破損して走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
①全車両、走行ﾓｰﾀ取付ﾌﾞﾗｹｯﾄを対策品に交換する。 ②全車両、走行ﾓｰﾀ取付ﾎﾞﾙﾄを新品に交換する。
