Defect
In the power transmission system, the propeller shaft flange yoke was manufactured using an improper process, and some units have developed cracks. Continued use causes the flange yoke to fracture, and in the worst case, the vehicle becomes inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the manufacturing number of the flange yoke and replace any affected propeller shaft with a conforming unit.

状況
動力伝達装置において、プロペラシャフトのフランジヨークの製造方法が 不適切なた め亀裂の発生しているものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を続け ると、当該フランジヨ ークが破損し、走行不能にいたるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該フランジヨークの製造番号を点検し、該当するものはプロペ ラシャフト を良品と交換する。
