Defect
During manufacturing, the front brake hose and front brake hose No.2 were assembled using hoses longer than the specified design. When the steering is turned, the front brake hose contacts the front box and abrades against it. Continued use allows the hose to wear through, which may cause brake fluid to leak and reduce front wheel braking force.
Corrective action
Inspect the front brake hose and front brake hose No.2 on all vehicles. On any vehicle where an out-of-specification hose is installed, replace both hoses with correct production parts.

状況
制動装置において、「フロントブレーキホース」及び「フロントブレーキホースNo.2」に 本来の仕様と異なる長いホースを組み付けたものがあるため、ハンドル操作時に「フロン トブレーキホース」がフロントボックスと接触して、摩耗するものがあり、そのままの状 態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、ブレーキ液が漏れて前輪の制動力が低下するおそれが ある。
改善措置
全車両、「フロントブレーキホース」及び「フロントブレーキホースNo.2」を点検し、本 来の仕様と異なるホースが組み付けられているものは、これらのホースを正規品に交換す る。
