Defect
The rear suspension arm support bracket welded to the rear axle housing has defective welds on some units. The bracket may separate at the weld. The brake tube secured to the bracket then oscillates due to vehicle vibration during driving, causing the connection at the rear wheel cylinder to loosen. This allows brake fluid to leak and reduces braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the rear axle housing with a corrected part on which additional welds have been applied around the outer perimeter of the bracket.

状況
制動装置において、リヤアクスルハウジングに溶接されているリヤサスペンションアー ムの支持ブラケットに溶接不良のものがあるため、当該ブラケットが溶接部分で外れるも のがあり、当該ブラケットに固定されているブレーキチューブが走行時の振動等により、 揺動し、リヤホイルシリンダーとの結合部が弛んでブレーキ液が漏れ、制動力が低下する おそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、リヤアクスルハウジングをブラケットの外周部に溶接を追加した対策品に交換す る。
