Defect
The circuit controlling deployment of the driver's airbag is improper. Immediately after engine start or while driving, an impact applied to the steering wheel may, in the worst case, cause the airbag to deploy inadvertently.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the driver's airbag with a corrected part.
