Defect
The frame has insufficient strength. If the bush of the radius rod connecting the left-side frame to the axle is damaged, the load on that mounting point increases, causing a crack to develop in the frame. In the worst case, the frame may fracture and the vehicle may become inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reinforce the frame and replace the radius rod bush with a corrected part.

状況
車枠の強度が不十分なため、左側車枠とアクスルをつないでいるラジアスロットのブッシ ュが損傷した場合に、車枠の当該取付部分にかかる荷重が増大することにより、車枠に亀 裂が入り、最悪の場合、車枠が折損して走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、車枠を補強するとともに、ラジアスロッド・ブッシュを対策品と交換する。
