Defect
The frame section securing the rear axle leaf spring mounting bracket has insufficient strength. As a result, cracks may develop in the frame around the bracket mounting holes. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate, compromising driving stability.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add reinforcement plates. Any frame sections found to have cracks must be repaired.

状況
後軸リーフスプリングの取付金具を組付けているフレームの強度が不足しているため、 当該取付金具を組付けているフレームの穴部に亀裂が発生することがある。そのため、そ のまま使用を続けると、亀裂が進行して、走行安定性が損われるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、補強板を追加する。なお、亀裂があるものは補修する。
