Defect
The parking brake mounting bracket is improperly welded to the frame, resulting in insufficient strength. Continued use causes the bracket to deform and, in the worst case, the parking brake mechanism disengages and the parking brake becomes inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, weld the deficient weld areas of the bracket and add a reinforcing plate, also welded in place.

状況
駐車ブレーキの取付金具（ブラケット）のフレームへの溶接が不適切なため、強度が不足 しているものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ブラケットが変形し、最悪の場 合、駐車ブレーキの機構が外れて駐車ブレーキが作動しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブラケットの溶接不足部分を溶接するとともに、補助板を追加して溶接する。
