Defect
Some rubber hoses used in the engine cooling system were manufactured defectively. Continued use allows cracks to develop in the hose, causing coolant to leak. In the worst case, the engine may overheat.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected rubber hose with a corrected part.

状況
原動機の冷却系統に使用されているゴムホースの一部に製造不良のものがあるため、その ままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ゴムホースに亀裂が生じ、冷却水がもれ、最悪の場合 、オーバーヒートに至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ゴムホースを対策品と交換する。
