Defect
The radiator cap mounted on the engine was not machined to the proper specification. Engine vibration can cause the radiator cap to fracture, allowing coolant to leak. In the worst case, the engine may overheat.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected radiator cap with a corrected part.

状況
原動機本体に取り付けられたラジエータキャップの加工処理に不適切なものがあり、原動 機からの振動により当該ジエータキャップが破損して冷却水が漏れ、最悪の場合、オーバ ーヒートに至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ジエータキャップを対策品と交換する。
