Defect
Incorrect dimensions in the double-engagement prevention mechanism of the manual transmission may cause the transmission gears to engage even when the shift lever is in the neutral position at rest, making gear selection inoperable. In the worst case, the vehicle may be unable to move.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the manual transmission with a corrected/revised part.

状況
動力伝達装置の手動変速機において、二重かみ合い防止機構部の寸法が不適切なため、車 両停止時に変速レバーの位置がニュートラルであるにもかかわらず変速ギヤがかみ合って 、変速操作ができなくなることがあり、最悪の場合、発進できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、手動変速機を対策品と交換する。
