Defect
On vehicle transporter trucks, incorrect manufacturing instructions have resulted in some fuel tank breather pipes with an internal dimension that is longer than specified. When the fuel tank is filled to the brim of the filler neck, fuel may leak from the breather hose during vehicle operation.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel tank with the corrected/revised part.

状況
車両運搬車の燃料タンクのブリーザパイプにおいて、製造指示が不適切なため、当該パイプの内部寸法が長くなっているものがある。そのため、燃料を給油口の縁いっぱいまで供給すると、走行中、ブリーザホースから燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料タンクを対策品に交換する。
