Issue
On large buses, the television monitor cover mounted on the ceiling at the center of the vehicle is improperly secured. Vibration during driving may cause the monitor cover to detach and fall.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, remove the paint from the lock fastener clip holes retaining the center ceiling television monitor cover, replace the clip-side lock fasteners with new parts, and secure the mounting bracket with adhesive.

状況
大型バスにおいて、車両中央部の天井に設置されたテレビモニターカバーの固定方法が不適切なため、走行中の振動が加わると、テレビモニターカバーが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、車両中央部のテレビモニターカバーを保持しているロックファスナークリップ穴の塗装を除去し、クリップ側のロックファスナーを新品に交換して接着剤で取付金具に固定する。
