Issue
On aerial work platforms, the method used to secure the arm to which the bucket is attached is inadequate. When driving on an uphill curve, the simultaneous action of excessive centrifugal force and road-surface vibration can momentarily reduce the swing brake force of the arm's slewing worm gear reducer, causing the arm to rotate. Continued use may, in the worst case, allow the bucket's outer edge to extend beyond the vehicle's width.
Corrective action
Replace the bucket support bracket on all vehicles with a revised bracket that incorporates an added stopper to prevent bucket protrusion.

状況
高所作業車において、バケットを取付けているアームの固定方法が不適切なため、上り坂の曲路走行時等に、カーブで受ける過大な遠心力と路面からの振動が同時に作用した場合、アームの旋回ウォーム減速機の旋回ブレーキ力が瞬間的に低下し、アームが旋回することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、最悪の場合、バケット側端が車幅からはみ出すおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、バケットはみ出し防止用のストッパを追加したバケット支えブラケットに交換する。
