Defect
In the replacement driver-side SRS airbag inflator, repeated cycling of ambient temperature and humidity may cause the propellant to deteriorate. When the airbag deploys, internal inflator pressure can rise abnormally, and the inflator housing may rupture.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the driver-side SRS airbag inflator with a corrected part.

状況
交換修理用の運転者席側ＳＲＳエアバッグのインフレータ（膨張装置）において、環境温度および湿度変化の繰り返しによりガス発生剤が劣化することがある。そのため、エアバッグ展開時にインフレ－タ内圧が異常上昇して、インフレータ容器が破損するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、運転者席側ＳＲＳエアバッグのインフレータを対策品と交換する。
