Defect
The brake caliper pad-to-disc clearance adjustment mechanism contains incorrect components. Vibration during vehicle operation may cause the clearance between the pad and disc to gradually narrow. Continued use can result in brake drag, which may cause the brakes to smoke.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the brake caliper with a corrected part.

状況
ブレーキキャリパーのパッドとディスクの隙間を調整する機構において、構成部品が不適切なため、走行時の振動等によりパッドとディスクの隙間が徐々に狭くなるものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ブレーキ引き摺りが発生し、発煙するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブレーキキャリパーを対策品と交換する。
