Defect

The underbody routing of the suspension air pipe in the braking system is improper. Depending on driving conditions, a section of the right rear brake pipe may contact the air pipe. Continued use in this condition may damage the brake pipe and cause brake fluid to leak, resulting in reduced braking force.

Corrective action

On all vehicles, reposition the air pipe retaining bracket so that the brake pipe no longer contacts it.

状況

制動装置において、緩衝装置のエア・パイプの床下配管が不適切なため、走行条件によっ ては右後輪ブレーキ・パイプの一部が当該エア・パイプに接触することがあり、そのまま の状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、当該ブレーキ・パイプが損傷しブレーキオイルが 漏れて制動力不足になるおそれがある。

改善措置

全車両、エア・パイプ保持金具の取付位置を当該ブレーキ・パイプが接触しないように変 更する。
