Defect
The propellant in the inflator of the driver-side SRS airbag is defective. If the airbag deploys, abnormal pressure buildup inside the inflator may rupture the inflator housing and scatter fragments, which may injure vehicle occupants.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the driver-side SRS airbag inflator with a known-good part.

状況
運転者席側ＳＲＳエアバッグのインフレータ（膨張装置）内のガス発生剤に不適切なものがあるため、エアバッグが展開した場合、インフレータ内圧の異常な上昇で容器が破損して構成部品が飛散し、乗員が負傷するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、運転者席側ＳＲＳエアバッグのインフレータを良品と交換する。
