Defect
Assembly instructions for the balancer shaft oil seal in the engine are incorrect. Continued use causes the seal's retention force to decrease and, in the worst case, the seal may be expelled from its bore, resulting in an engine oil leak.
Corrective action
Install a supplemental retaining plate on all vehicles to prevent seal ejection.

状況
原動機において、バランサーシャフトのオイルシールの組付け指示が不適切なため、その ままの状態で使用を続けると、シールの保持力が低下し、最悪の場合、当該シールが抜け 出し、エンジンオイルが漏れるおそれがある
改善措置
全車両、当該シールの抜け出しを防止する、補助板を追加する。
