Defect
The pipe clamp on the exhaust front pipe was assembled in the wrong position due to incorrect work instructions. As a result, the bolt at that joint does not develop sufficient clamping force, and continued use may cause the bolts and nuts at that location to loosen. In the worst case, the nuts or bolts may fall onto the road surface.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reassemble the pipe clamp in the correct position.

状況
エキゾーストフロントパイプにおいて、作業指示が不適切なため、パイプクランプが間違った位置に組付けられているものがある。そのため、当該部位のボルトに必要な軸力が不足し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該部位のボルト・ナットが緩むことがある。最悪の場合、ナットやボルトが路面に脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、パイプクランプを正しい位置で組付けし直す。
