Defect
On vehicles equipped with a dual rear axle leaf suspension, inadequate torque tool management during manufacturing resulted in the four reaction rod mounting bolts not being tightened to the specified torque. Vibration and impact during driving cause these bolts to loosen, creating play at the mounting points. The bolts may then fracture and fall out, and in the worst case, the axle may separate from the reaction rods, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the reaction rod mounting bolts and tighten them to the specified torque. If loosening-related damage is found on any bolt or bracket, replace the affected parts with new ones.

状況
後輪二軸リーフサスペンション仕様車において、リアクションロッド固定ボルトの締め付け工具管理が不十分なため、当該ロッド4本を固定するボルトが規定トルクで締め付けされていないものがある。そのため、走行中の振動や衝撃によってボルトが緩み、締結部にガタが発生することにより、ボルトが折損・脱落、最悪の場合、アクスルがリアクションロッドと分離し、走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、リアクションロッド固定ボルトを点検し、規定トルクで締め付ける。なお、ボルト及びブラケットに緩みによる損傷が認められた場合は、当該部品を新品と交換する。
