Defect
On large trucks equipped with air spring suspension, the V-rod bushings that secure the rear axle to the frame are improperly dimensioned. Repeated large inputs, such as crossing road edges or bumps, cause the outer surface of the bushing to wear. Continued operation in this condition can damage the V-rod and, in the worst case, compromise vehicle driving stability.
Corrective action
Replace the V-rod on all vehicles with a corrected part.

状況
空気ばね緩衝装置付大型トラックにおいて、後軸車を車枠に固定するＶロッドのブッシュ寸法が不適切なものがある。段差乗り越えなどの大きな変動等を繰り返し受けると、ブッシュ外周が摩耗することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、Ｖロッドが損傷し、最悪の場合、走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、Ｖロッドを良品と交換する。
