Defect
On a portion of the vehicles subject to the recall filed March 3, 2022 (Notification No. 5109), improper work instructions for the remedy resulted in the emissions control unit (ACM) not being correctly reprogrammed. As a result, the ACM does not perform fault diagnosis correctly.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the ACM with the correct control software.

状況
令和４年３月３日付け「届出番号５１０９」の対象車の一部において、改善措置の作業指示が不適切なため、排出ガス発散防止装置制御端末（ＡＣＭ）の制御プログラムが正しく書き換えられていない。そのため、ＡＣＭの故障診断が正しく行われない。
改善措置
全車両、正しいＡＣＭ制御プログラムに書換える。
