Defect
On large sightseeing buses, the electrical component control ECU contains an incorrect program. As a result: (1) Even after the parking brake is released, the system may fail to correctly display the parking brake status; additionally, the brake lights, side turn signal lamps, license plate lights, EZGO (hill-start assist), and hill holder may become inoperative. (2) Even when the seat belt is unfastened, the 'Seat Belt Warning' pop-up message is not displayed.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the electrical component control ECU with the corrected/updated software.

状況
大型観光バスにおいて、電装品制御ECUのプログラムが不適切なため、①駐車ブレーキを解除しても、駐車ブレーキの作動状態を正しく表示しない場合があるほか、制動灯、車両側面のターンシグナルランプ、番号灯、EZGO(坂道発進補助装置)、ヒルホルダ等が機能しなくなるおそれがある。② シートベルトを外した状態であっても、『シートベルト着用警告』のポップアップメッセージが表示されない。
改善措置
全車両、電装品制御ECUのプログラムを対策品に書き換える。
