Defect
On auger-type utility trucks (hole-digging and pole-setting vehicles), the large rear reflector is mounted in an incorrect position, placing the winch hook within the geometric visibility zone of the reflector. As a result, the vehicle may not conform to Safety Standards Article 38-2 (large rear reflectors).
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add a mounting base to relocate the large rear reflector to a conforming position.

状況
穴掘建柱車において、大型後部反射器の取付位置が不適切なため、幾何学的視認性の領域にウインチフックが配置されているものがある。そのため、保安基準第３８条の２（大型後部反射器）に適合しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、取付台座を追加して、大型後部反射器の取付位置を変更する。
