Defect
On vehicles equipped with a 6-speed DCT automatic transmission, the fuel injection control software in the engine control unit is incorrect, causing the unit to fail to properly control fuel injection quantity when the throttle is opened quickly by a small amount. In addition, the clutch hydraulic pressure control software in the automatic transmission control unit is incorrect, resulting in excessively high clutch hydraulic pressure during launch. When fuel injection quantity falls below the level required for combustion, load torque increases and, in the worst case, the engine may stall during vehicle launch.
Corrective action
Reprogram the engine control unit and automatic transmission control unit with the corrected software on all vehicles.

状況
6速DCT型自動変速機を搭載した車両において、エンジン制御コンピュータの燃料噴射制御プログラムが不適切なため、スロットルを素早く僅かに開けると、インジェクタによる燃料噴射量を正しく制御できないことがある。また、自動変速機制御コンピュータの発進時クラッチ油圧制御プログラムが不適切なため、発進時のクラッチ油圧が高いものがある。そのため、燃焼に必要な燃料噴射量が不足した際に負荷トルクが高くなり、最悪の場合、発進時にエンストするおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エンジン制御コンピュータ及び自動変速機制御コンピュータを対策プログラムに書き換える。
