Defect
Due to an inadequate manufacturing process, the carcass inside certain front tires was not formed at the correct angle. Sustained high-load driving, such as high-speed operation, concentrates stress on the carcass, causing broken wires and cracks on the inner surface of the tire. This leads to deformation of the tire tread, vehicle vibration, and loss of driving stability.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, verify the front tire manufacturer and production week. If the tire falls within the affected range, replace it with a conforming unit.

状況
前輪タイヤの製造工程が不適切なため、タイヤ内部のカーカスが適正な角度で成形されていないものがある。そのため、高速走行等の高負荷の走行を続けると、カーカスに応力が集中し断線して、タイヤ内面に亀裂が生じ、タイヤトレッド部が変形して車体が振動し、走行安定性を損なうおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、前輪タイヤの製造メーカ及び製造週を確認し、該当する場合は良品と交換する。
