Defect
On plastic fuel tanks, inadequate management of the welding equipment during manufacturing has produced improper welds at the joint between the fuel tank and the inlet pipe on some units. The joint may separate, allowing fuel to leak during refueling or when the tank is full.
Corrective action
Replace the fuel tank on all vehicles with a conforming part.

状況
樹脂製燃料タンクにおいて、溶着設備の管理が不適切なため、燃料タンクとインレットパイプの接合面が溶着不良となっているものがある。そのため、当該接合面がはがれて、給油時や満タン時に燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料タンクを良品と交換する。
